The room was amazing. The Crystal Cave room was more than we were honestly expecting. The set-up and decor in the room were so well done. It's hard to think that such a place would be available by the look of the outside of the hotel.
The only issues we had was that the bed itself wasn't very comfortable and the sauna in the room didn't heat up as expected.

The bed was super comfortable
The room had too much air freshener in it and it never disappeared. The pop machine was broke and only 1 in the whole building
