1st ever family vacation

Everything, no seriously. The amount of space in our suite. Staff was amazing! They were so accommodating and treated us like family. We definitely want to return. It was a very important trip for our family and we're so grateful to stay at a place that made it spectacular!

The indoor pool could have been a little warmer for me personally but my kids loved it. They did everything wonderfully for us.

I paid for one of the best hotels in the area and felt like it was a cheap, dirty, and old hotel.

The hotel was in close proximity of to the venue that I was in Dover to attend. The hotel's staff was nice and helpful as well. I have stayed at this type of hotel in other locations and they were nice.

The hotel on the inside looks very old and in need of updates. The room was not clean. The bed was extremely hard. I must say that I did not enjoy my stay.

It was ok. Needs to be cleaned better.

The proximity. The breakfast was good and the staff was nice.

The carpets were dirty. Coffee pot didn’t work.

It was a place to stay.

The location was great for us

Our room smelled, it was a small suite, staff need some customer service training. Also the room was not all that clean. I expected more because of the Hilton.

Friendliness of staff and location

Bathroom door didn’t lock or close completely. People above us were noisy stomping and banging keeping us up.and when we put our trash outside door to be collected,we didn’t receive any new ones to put in the cans .

I was very disappointed that the hotel did not meet my expectations

Location

No shower curtain in bathroom. Called front desk and was told nothing they could do. Brought up more towels. Wall paper peeling off wall by shower. It made it very difficult to take shower. Ice machine broken on 3rd floor. No ice No one at front desk to answer questions on morning of departure Husband tried to lower blinds in room to darken room for sleep and switch was broken and piece of trim around window fell off wall and hit husband in middle of forehead

The room I was in did not have remote for TV and the pool was closed down due to feces in pool. I really wanted to go swimming.

Very happy

This is the second time I stayed at this location and both times I was very pleased. The room was very clean and staff has always been very nice and helpful.

Honestly, I can't think of anything I didn't like.

I would not recommend to friends to stay at this location.

Good location. That's the best comment I can give. Much improvement needed. Staff was very friendly at check in and check out. Not a location I would recommend.

The bedroom air unit was very loud. Was not able to sleep. If you turn it off the room was very cold. Wallpaper on the bathroom walls were peeling off.

it’s always a pleasure and the staff is always willing to help, especially the young man at the desk who was there when we checked in around 4:30 Saturday 2/18/2023.

Exceptional

The room was very clean and nice. It was above my expectations. The front desk staff was very welcoming and very helpful. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in the area.

Location

I don't like the smell that this room carries. We walked into our room to a strong urine smell, dirty sheets, filthy bathroom, we brought food back to the room placed it in the refrigerator and the refrigerator wasn't cool enough and it spoiled our leftovers. Money down the drain. Very disappointing. The place needs so major care. It's now too expensive . The accommodations doesn't match the price.The hotel offers complimentary breakfast which is great but the fruit was old. Just wasn't a good stay.

Large 1-bedroom with kitchen area. Comfortable and well equipped

I don't like this new trend of not having rooms serviced unless you ask (and sometimes, even if you ask you can get missed due to imperfect communication between the front desk and housekeeping). One of the problems is that guests leave trash in the hallways or by the elevators that isn't picked up until the next day. I know that this trend save money for the owners but we didn't see a price reduction to match, only the reduced service.
