We had a great first time stay here and will be back next year

We had a great experience staying here. Very private area with the beach located right in front of the place. Very quiet, laid back vibe. Close to Clearwater downtown area. Will be coming back.

It was a little crowded when we stayed so the pool area was typically full. The kitchen and bathroom are a little hot since it’s an ac unit.

Our perfect little getaway!

It's a ma and pops place! Cozy and convenient! It's our favorite place to come to. The other vacationers are great! Love waking up, making some coffee and taking a stroll down the beach, which for the most part is private...barely any people. It's a place you can really unwind at.the sunsets are beautiful and the water is so inviting. We have seen dolphins, sea turtles, and this year it was manatees. The night time fishing was great. Our favorite place to be ❤️ please see pics and you will see why!

We got a studio this time and even though it was just the 2 of us, it was quite cramped, but we spend our whole day at the beach or local attractions anyway

Untrained property manager... made us feel unwelcome!

Lady inside the office is awful and rude and lies .

It was close to the beach and not far from stores.

The bathroom wasn't clean. The bed was HARD. Linda in the office was extremely rude the entire time. I paid extra for a downstairs room after being promised that its downstairs then got stuck being upstairs she said they don't have any downstairs they gave my room away when the entire week there was 3 rooms empty downstairs and she got rude saying she's not letting us move . Do not recommend them! The bedroom door wouldn't close. The tiles are cracked in the floor. Theres a lot more i could say but i will be nice .

Lack of management

The beach was relaxing room was nice!

The lack of management around facility, when we had a complaint about someone stealing our personal items from there private beach (cell phone, sun glasses and chair) the acting manager said she would have the manager get back to us. We have yet to get a call! We found the chair and phone outside of another guests room. Other groups also occupied big quantities of the pool and hot tub. Left articles out all night so no one could use the tables.

The location was in a great area off the beaten path and the beach was gorgeous. Everyone staying there was so friendly!

I loved laying on the beach there, the water and beach was beautiful

I loved the view and being right on the beach and the privacy of the beach

that my room was too hot at night and there was no one there to clean around the area outside and monitor what was going on. the pool has a limit of 14 and there was that many kids in the pool all the time and no tables to sit at by the pool unless you got up super early and stayed there. I think this place would be best for just adults considering it is a small property.

We loved our 7 day stay there! We will certainly be going back!

The staff was extremely friendly. Very clean facility and room. I loved how stocked the kitchen was with all the appliances and lot's of dishes and cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. The pool & hot tub was very clean. The beach was right in front of us & it was beautiful and pretty much secluded. We will definitely be going back there!!

Great location but very poor accommodation. kind of a slump house.

I liked the location. Facility was generally clean. I did not have my interaction with the staff.

The room was very small. I was told about it while booking but did not think it could be that small. The bed was very noisy. the sofa would sink it too much when sitting on it. Toilet paper quality was very poor.

Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, so relaxing!

Nautical Watch was clean, quiet, and right on one of the best beaches in FL. The beach was clean and the water was beautiful, couldn’t have asked for more. Great restaurants short drive away, same with grocery stores, great location.

Nautical Watch was fantastic and I'm definitely returning.

This place is FANTASTIC. I was a little skeptical given the great price and amazing location, but I loved it. My unit was very small, but I didn't mind, because I was asleep most of the time I was in my room. Staff was very friendly and the unit was very clean on my arrival Nautical Watch provided all I needed for a week of sun, beach and bicycling. I'll definitely be back.

My room was good for one person, but I think it would be a little cramped for two.

Very good

The location can not be beat if you are looking for direct beach access, but no beach crowds. White sand beaches steps from your door and easy access to major roads, shopping, and restaurants without being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

Be aware there are 2 different floor plans for 2 bedroom units. We were stuck in a 2 bedroom unit in the back corner by street and parking with a far inferior kitchen/dining area when compared to the floor plan of the other two 2-bedroom units and the floor plan shown on the website. This unit was disappointing and noisy, but we still had a wonderful time due to the overall location and friendliness of everyone at Nautical Watch, both staff and guests. We would not hesitate to stay here again, but we would be sure to book one of the front 2 2-bedroom units.
