Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bemidji, MN

Clean and modern facility. Great location. Better mattress than most motels. Good breakfast. Could use improvement, but then people would eat too much. The lakeside view was awesome. Nice big table for work. Free cookies at the front desk. The single biggest small detail too many motels screw up on: they had tons of strawberry yogurt. A good many blueberry yogurt, and only a few strawberry banana yogurts. And NO peach yogurts! So somebody there is doing a great job.

Noisy neighbors. Get rid of the TVs and enforce noise rules. Only one towel rack. Worthless bathroom nightlight. The main bathroom light was WAY too bright for the middle of the night. Bed lamp's electrical outlet didn't work. Desk chair needed replacing. No comfy chair. Room wasn't big enough to even have one.

We like the fresh fruit. The breakfast was good but home cooking is better. The location was very good and easy to find. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

It was difficult to get into the shower with a glass divider that did not move so close to the stool. Parking spaces could have been larger.

Everything was up to standard, staff were nice and location was good. We had an older person with us, that had trouble walking, and were happy to be able to borrow a wheelchair to ease the travel within the hotel corridors.

Breakfast until 10 on weekdays would be better

The woman who worked in the breakfast kitchen was awesome and the breakfast was good. The location was also good. The hotel was clean.

The heater in my hotel room was incredibly loud and woke me up a few times during the night when I mentioned it to staff they didn’t follow up on it. The second night I was there. There was a person staying in the room next to me playing very loud music at 6 AM and singing very loudly also swearing in the hallway again when I told staff they said they would call the woman and let her know to please keep the noise down, but they never followed up with me about it.
