Breakfast is always great, well serviced, more than adequate. I also love Parsons Steakhouse which is only a few hundred feet north with no streets to cross. Whatever you would expect in a lifetime family established steakhouse in a city named Hereford - is there. Also, the rooms are perfectly quiet in spite of being about half block from E-W, N-S intersection.
Room door deadbolt pocket in door frame needs adjustment, but door lock and partial open latch, 2 out of 3, work perfectly.

The breakfast was surprisingly good.
The room was too hot.. and the ice machine was out of order.. not good..

Location
Shower very slippery NO RUBBER MATS. Had to ask for.
Water leaks from shower from under the thefholder. Need to be seal. Need new breakfast menu
