Perfect! Easy and Enjoyable!

The proprietor was friendly and very available, explaining everything as we checked in. The breakfast was lovely, especially the bread! Our room was clean and tidy. It was extremely easy to get in and out. Parking was close. Climate control was specific to the room and worked flawlessly. I loved the decor of the room! It gave the feel of the theme without being in your face about it. The gecko is my favorite! We had a very quiet and enjoyable stay! For anyone wondering about the views from the north or south, we had the south room and were quite happy with it.

Nothing would have made our stay better! It was perfect! Just two suggestions: 1) have the housecleaner wipe the dust off the tops of the bathroom lights - it is not bad, but is right at eye level (for me anyway!). 2) A bathroom fan with a more powerful "draw" will keep your place lovely for longer. The fan in there right now works, but takes awhile to dissipate the steam. If you get the steam out quicker, it will protect your floors, woodwork, paint, etc. I want to iterate that these ae NOT complaints!! Just suggestions to keep the property in good shape so we can return often!

We enjoyed our stay,

Breakfasts were too our liking, breads were very good, Really liked the orange marmalade, The bed was quite comfortable, Enjoyed an evening on the deck. Super upgraded bathroom, The host gave us great information when we arrived.

a relaxing cozy cottage feel.

nice location to a local winery. nice room, bathroom and living areas. A nice parking area is provided and the outside areas in which to relax were generous with nice views.

Longer walk into town, but not excessive.

Very good

The location was great, with Stone Hill winery just down the street.

Despite the prime location, the view was not nearly as good as expected. The roof blocks much of it.

Location was within walking distance to Stone Hill winery one of our favorite destinations in Hermann.

it was close to everything in Hermann

it would have been nice if there was a microwave somewhere, and the bed was not comfy. the pillows had feathers that stabbed me in the face all night too

Very Quiet, Boring, and just uncomfortable

The views were great

For the price of 1 night I expected more, There was no tv, no radio, nothing really but a bed, It is a bed and Breakfast and yes there was a bed, But a round loaf of bread on a chopping block isnt breakfast Even Hotel 6, gives you more and variety for breakfast and costs 150.00 cheaper, I think this was a huge rip-off, and thats what i will tell everyone that asks,

Host was knowledgeable of the area and businesses. Made suggestions for eateries and other things.

Breakfast was juice and home baked bread.

The B&B was nicely furnished and comfortably arranged. There was no TV which I didn’t notice until I read the confirmation before we arrived. Not a huge problem, and was good to know before we arrived.

Jim is a great host and I would definitely recommend this B&B!

Superb

Jim was extremely friendly and had great restaurant recommendations. The home is extremely clean and the bedroom and bathroom are updated.

No microwave or TV.
