About this house rental

Nestled in Hermann, this lovely house for $184 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. 100% NO SMOKERS. Host has asthma and cannot be around smokers of any kind. Guests have access to the suite and the shared patio in the back. Approx. 232 sq. ft. 2 adults only. PRIVATE SMALLER BATHROOM WITH A SMALLER SIZED SHOWER MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR LARGER PERSONS. Private entrance and gas fireplace (in season). Beautiful patio and garden in back of home. We cannot accommodate children (which includes babies) or pets. We have two different units so be sure it is the COBBLER ROOM you want to book. *There are security cameras and lights OUTSIDE ONLY. Locations are: the front of the main home, on the side of the main home over the steps, and at the back of the main home covering the patio, backyard and alley entrance. They record video and audio 24/7. They will be on during your reservation. There are NO cameras in personal or indoor spaces. Host lives on site. NO food service. Upon arrival a registration form will need to be signed and a valid credit card number and full address must be supplied. The credit card information is shredded after your stay. Guests may bring a bike lock and lock bikes to a pole out front, take them up the steps to the patio or lock them on your vehicle but they are never allowed in the suite. Although WiFi and Satellite TV are offered and we do our very best to make sure it is operational, it is a courtesy as we are at the mercy of the service provider and it is not guaranteed. From time to time some dates MAY become available for one-night stays. If you happen to book one of these dates, please realize we normally cannot accommodate early check-ins. If you really need in early, please consider also booking the night before. No third party bookings.

Property was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed upon arrival. It is a bit small, but it's worth noting that for 2 adults spending time in Hermann MO, it suited our needs perfectly. The neighborhood was quiet, and our hosts very communicative. We enjoyed our time here very much.

Loved the location on 3rd Street. Walking distance to wineries, restaurants & retail. Nancy was a great host. Offered check-in before scheduled time. Showed us everything in the cottage. The cottage was perfect for us. One room with gas fireplace, kitchen w mini fridge, microwave, sink and coffee pot. Thanks Nancy for a great stay. Hope to be back again soon.

We booked this a few days out and we’re very happy with every part of our stay. Room was cute and comfy and located in the middle of everything. Didn’t have to drive until it was time to go home. We will definitely look at going back and staying there again.
