We had a wonderful stay at Riviera Resorts and Suites! We stayed in a queen room with a balcony, and it’s a great size for a small family or couple. The room felt spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to spread out.
The balcony was much larger than expected and was one of our favorite features. It had a table and four chairs, making it a perfect spot to sit and relax. The kitchen area was also very convenient, with a small table and two additional chairs. We especially appreciated the great lighting in the kitchen area, which made the space feel bright and welcoming.
The location was another huge plus! The resort is conveniently close to the boardwalk and many restaurants, making it easy to walk to everything we wanted to do.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying at Riviera Resorts and Suites again!
If I had to mention one small downside, it would be that the flat-screen TV seemed a little small for the room. However, that was a very minor issue and certainly didn’t take away from our overall experience.

The location was perfect in relation to the Boardwalk. Also, the staff was super friendly and helpful.
We had one major issue with our room door somehow locking on its own, but the staff got on it as quickly as possible. The deadbolt locked on its own somehow, most likely caught on the wood where the striker plate should have been. Lastly, I distinctly recalled the key deposit as $25, but the clerk who was there when I checked out said it's always been $20. I'm not gonna squabble over $5 bucks, but if that wasn't the case, that means the clerk at checkout ripped me out of that for no reason, and something has to be said to that.

Disappointed in the electronic, meaning - no up-to-date hookups for your phone, etc. Felt like the Seventies in the room. Not bad, mind you. Just unaware. The Balcony made up for most of the stay. No elevator is another tough situation. Overall 7
