Elaine at the front desk explained everything clearly & was very nice, and professional. It was a perfect greeting. The morning concierge was absolutely fantastic as well. The restaurant & the crowd best were both also perfectly amazing!!
The beds were very uncomfortable, it was
hard and you could feel the springs. Aside from that everything was amazing.

Good location. beautiful historical hotel.
No service to the room on a daily basis although towels and coffee were available if you got them from the front desk
