Got what I paid for. Staff was friendly and helpful, even carrying luggage up the stairs.
Units are dated, but clean. Plumbing could use some maintenance as sink and tub faucets were loose but functional. Door to bathroom needed replaced or patched. No elevator.

No bed bugs
Lights didn’t work, TV wouldn’t turn on, no elevator and there’s 3 floors, the pillows were so flat it didn’t feel any different to not use a pillow then they denied our request for extra pillows
