Staff was extremely understanding when we let them know our flight had been canceled and changed multiple times and we needed a room to where we could sleep to catch a 4am flight out of Des Moines the environment was very pleasant.
The only thing I can think of is to have some time of breakfast a little earlier for guest that are leaving early I did see workers leaving. It can be something simple to grab and go.

Clean rooms, continental breakfast and pool.
No hot tub as seen in pictures. Need to update photos. Was really looking forward to soaking and was disappointed it was filled in with cement.

hotel was clean
we couldnt close the curtains in our room and the lights in the parking lot were so bright the whole room was lit up.
not enough blankets.
could of had more options for breakfast.
