The staff is very friendly. I was concerned about reviews. I was on the second floor close to the bar and I never heard the music, that someone complained about.
The room seemed clean, but needs a remodel. The bed coverings, drapes and some furniture is way outdated and needs replacing. The breakfast is nothing but waffles and toast. Some fruit and apple or orange juice. Coffee. I had toast each morning. The breakfast is nothing appealing. Needs some yogurt and muffins or bagels with cream cheese.

The waffle maker didn’t work and the receptionist act like she didn’t care and when I came back down to go an hour later it was fixed. Poor breakfast or no breakfast. Should just consider not offering breakfast I wouldn’t be mad.

Location to Amroy is great. Rooms were clean
Free Breakfast? Consisted of two choices of cereal, white toast with jam, waffles with syrup. The toaster is broken so you can only toast 1 slice at a time they had no butter served with it our first two nights. Waffle batter is watered down so it makes a crisp waffle. Only 1 small air carafe of coffee no creamer.
Sink in room had been resurfaced at some point in time and is now chipped and cracked .

It was well lit at night! Nice sports bar and grill attached to hotel.
I am disabled. No disabled rooms available. Sent to second floor and the key would not open the door! Had to go back to front desk and wait for help to arrive. Was given second set of keys for a different room. Worked this time. Was given room with two queen beds. Both beds were harder than sleeping on the ground outside! Breakfast was supposed to be served till 9:30. At 9:00 there was no coffee, no juice and no help.
