When we arrived at 11 pm, after driving 2 uhaul trucks 600 miles, we were told none of our communications regarding moving our check in date out a couple of days, through booking.com, had been forwarded to the hotel and they had us down as a no show! Luckily, Nadia and her mgr were able to work their magic, with amazingly positive and kind attitudes, to find us a room. They stated they only have trouble with communications through booking.com, not any of the other booking sites! Nadia and other staff members at the hotel txt us 2 times the next day to make sure we had everything we needed, and Nadia even helped me find a close place thst I could walk to to get dinner and bring it back for my friends after an 11hr day of unloading the 2 uhaul trucks. The breakfast was the beast ive ever had both mornings! I cant say enough great things about the hotel and staff!!! Ill never book through boking.com again.
