Charming inn, perfect location and very nice owners and I wish them much success. We would definitely go back!

Great quiet location. Close to the beach and town. The owners were very kind and helpful.

The decor could be updated, but as I understand it, the new owners are working on this.

We really enjoyed how close we were to the beach, it took us 3 minutes to walk to the beach. The room smelled nice and c

Room smelled nice, clean. Didn’t meet the owners but they were very accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier.

The no smoking/vaping policy was a bit strict. It was storming during our stay and my husband had to go out behind building to smoke in the corner of the lot. He wasnt happy about that especially since we had a private balcony. We ran into some other guests who had similar complaints about it. Also weren’t allowed to vape which would have been a good alternative to smoking on the balcony at least. Only downfall.

Love York Beach but would probably stay elsewhere

Great location in York Beach and the property manager couldn’t be kinder.

The rooms were super shabby, out of date, and barren. It wasn’t a great stay.

Unhappy!!!

First of all, it wasn't anything like what we saw online when we booked. It wasn't by the beach. It didn't have an ocean view. We had to climb 3 flights if stairs to get to a room that was not worth the money that was paid for it. I am filing a grievance to get my money back on this because we had to book at another hotel and pay more money!

Room was spacious with nice amenities.

Kathy was an amazing host. Very information about the area. An overall people person. Room was spacious with nice amenities. Other amenities mentioned but I was busy visiting family in the area.

I was on the third floor which had many steps. Good exercise for those with no leg/hip/health problems. But I was lucky to get the room which was close to family resident.

Quaint little inn that is so close to short sands beach

Staff was extremely accommodating and flexible when we needed to change our stay and add an extra night. They we so nice and lovely to talk to.

Dan was so welcoming and available. The room had everything- refrigerator, microwave and stove. Beautiful sunny deck and within walking distance to downtown. We will be back

Amazing!

The staff there is super chill. Adorable. We love York and we are very thankful we found this hidden gem! Went to a wedding down the road and there is a walking path! Loved everything about this property.

Beautiful Beach View and Cute Room.

The place was very cute and amazing quality. The rooms were clean, had very good wifi, and the view to the ocean was OUTSTANDING!!! The kitchen also had extra utensils to let us grill and cook. I will be coming back 100% in the future for vacations.

The only thing we could find that we didn't like was the bathroom. There wasn't a little bottle of soap for washing hands, and the heat from the fan/vent emits a lot of heat. There was soap at the kitchen sink so used that.

The location is great. The place was cute and very clean. There is a nice patio area with fire pit. Staff was very friendly

The air conditioner and refrigerator were a bit loud but other than that our stay was great!

Definitely a place to which we will return!

We loved our host and hostess, Dan and Cathy, they were both super friendly and accommodating. There was coffee, tea and cocoa available at the front lobby as well as some light snacks. We enjoyed having a private deck that you could actually move around on rather than a tiny balcony. We loved the proximity to the beach, and were amazed at the quiet from being just a street away. The kitchen was great! Full size fridge and freezer, microwave and cooktop and dishes, silverware and cooking and serving tools available. There was a grill available with all the tools you'd need, and a well lit patio and fire pit available to share. We will be back to this wonderful spot, I'm sure!❤️❤️❤️

The only things we didn't like were the stairs. But the housekeepers, Becky and Cheyne were more than willing to help us with our bags and anything else we needed.

We had a great time, even tried to book again for next year right when we got home but it was alrea

Location was good, very short walk to the beach and stores. We had several children 10 and under and they all made the walk at least twice a day carrying wake boards and bags with no complaints .

Loved the location and the innkeepers!! The hotel was cozy, clean and fit our family of 6 comfortably enough. Would definitely stay again😊

York hidden gem

Nice balcony and the efficiency kitchen with do size fridge was very nice

Wonderful place to stay. Short walk to Short Sands Beach. Quiet and clean. Would stay again.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Coffee, tea, and healthy snacks in the lobby from 7AM-7PM. The suite had a porch overlooking a wetlands. Very pleasant to see and hear birds all day long.

It would have been helpful if the bedrooms had hangers and mirrors.

It was terrible, the owner was to noise, the room was from the 60s the bed was like sleeping on car

There was no breakfast. No were to cook outside

Beautiful old home in residential neighborhood near beach, town, and lighthouse.

Very large and comfortable room in an ideal setting in a residential neighborhood with an easy walk to the beach, town and lighthouse. We had a own private deck off the room for relaxing after our explorations.

I can't think of a thing.
