Wonderful B&B

Everything. Quaint and quiet. Lovely proprietors. Exceeded our expectations. Close to incredible hiking trails, unique canyon slots, lakes, incredible drives/views and fun food. Would absolutely stay here again.

Very good

The room is in a house. 4 hotel rooms in all. It was clean and comfy. I never interacted with a human, it was all done with messages.

They charged me $50 upon making the reservation. Overall seemed a bit pricey, but not much in Escalante, I guess.

not worth it!

The garden of this homestay is very beautiful, but I don't live in the garden, the room rate is very expensive, not worth it.

I found a cockroach in the bathroom in the middle of the night. I didn't dare to step on it, so I had to trap it in a paper cup.

Warm, comfortable, and a good central location to visit the different natural attractions.

The property was easy to find and was very comfortable. Breakfast was freshly made daily and was delicious. Everyone was super friendly, helpful, and willing to answer any questions I had. The location was great as well. I could go in any direction and a short distance away would be a great hike or amazing views.

A nicely appointed rustic room, but only a cold breakfast provided.

The location was convenient, and the room comfortable.

For the price I expected a hot breakfast to be included, and was disappointed with what was provided for breakfast.

Guest experience at it's best!

The biggest plus of the entire experience is the family who owns this B&B. They were engaging and you could tell they were passionate about making sure the guest experience was exceptional. From the amazing breakfasts in the morning to the cheerful smiles of the two girls while helping in the garden, it made us feel like home. I can't wait to go back again.

this is an absolute gem! it feels like coming home. so clean and cozy. breakfast is just amazing. highly recommended. we will surely return.

TV didn’t work due to thunderstorms but we had our iPads with us.

Fantastic accommodations in Escalante.

Super comfy king bed, ample space, great outdoor spaces to relax and wonderful breakfast. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. Will stay again!

We loved our stay at this friendly, and clean B&B!

Canyons bed-and-breakfast is a peaceful oasis in the middle of nowhere. Perfectly situated between two national parks, the location was great for us. The room was spotless, and the grounds were lovely to relax after a full day of hiking. The hosts were super helpful offering suggestions on where to go and how to do things. Every morning the breakfasts were a delicious treat! A wonderful place to stay if you’re spending time in the Escalante area!

A great place to explore southern Utah from. Wonderful, friendly and helpful hosts. Definitely recommend staying again.

Beautiful location, very well-kept property. Lovely gardens and sitting area. Breakfast is exceptional. Large, varied, nicely presented and great-tasting.

This was a very pleasant and relaxing place with wonderful hosts. I would definitely visit again.

The breakfast was delicious each morning. A lot of times made with fresh ingredients from the garden. The location was a very convenient place for day adventures.

Room is charming. Breakfast is great.

Move lamp up six inches so you don't hit your head on it. Hard to get heater at a happy medium.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Canyons B&B and would definitely stay there again!

Dan and Julie made us a great breakfast both mornings during our stay. We are both vegan but the homemade breakfast was both beautiful on the plate and very yummy! Plus, Dan and Julie gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to go and we’re wonderful hosts. They even allowed us to pick and take home some of their home-grown fruits and vegetables.

We had some issues with the WiFi that wasn’t able to be resolved but Julie replied immediately and attempted to fix the issue but we still could not connect to the Internet. We were able to hotspot one of our phones to get around the issue.

Joy in Escalante

Just a joy to stay here. Breakfasts were magnificent. Our room was comfortable, quiet, extremely clean. And we didn't want to leave. The owners put their heart and soul into making everyone happy. Beautiful garden where you can pick tomatoes, swing in a hammock, or just enjoy life.

A bed and breakfast operated by a compassionate couple who make their guests feel like family.

The couple who own and operate this facility are extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were tasty and used farm fresh eggs and produce. Owners use fruit from their trees and garden in the preparation of breakfast and they are willing to share this fruit with their guests.The best recommendation for this bed and breakfast is that you meet people who are satisfied repeat customers.

Hidden gem that is a MUST stay!

What an amazing gem of a place! Perfectly situated between Capital Reef and Bryce Canyon. The hosts are so warm and welcoming. The attention to detail is superb! We stayed in the cowboy rooms and found it most comfortable. The grounds are beautiful with fruit trees that the hosts let us pick from for our hikes. The breakfast is phenomenal and probably the best part of the whole package!

Peaceful B&B

Everything here was first class. Excellent rooms with attention to detail. The breakfasts were delicious and so well presented.Also had a “ to go breakfast “ excellent. Dan and Julie very helpful and friendly.
