I was skeptical when I drove onto the property since it's located in a neighborhood with a few other businesses in sight. The office was very clean. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. I was able to fetch a great night sleep!

Very clean both outside and inside the suites! Loved the rooms and the views and the location was perfect for the convention center! Owner was very attentive to any needs & worked very well with us if any situations arises. Loved this place! Highly recommended to anyone staying around the convention center area. You won’t be disappointed!
It’s honestly a great place! I loved it all! I only have two suggestions. 1. Coat hangers or places to hang stuff on the walls or a rack and 2. A ( poop ) stool in the bathroom for people who prefer them. But those are just suggestions, nothing major! I have nothing bad to say about the property at all.

Easy parking, walk to food options, welcoming/warm staff. Ample space in room. Clean courtyard. Clean room. Coffee in the lobby was good.
Could not use the heat/air unit as the air omitting from it had negative affect on my lungs (which happen to be very sensitive, so may be specific to me). No breakfast option. Would be nice for the price of the room to have some breakfast option even though lobby is smaller, just some grab and go would be better than nothing. No screens on any of the windows, so when they are open, they are open.

The property was well located. Short walk to downtown; city was easy to maneuver. Train stops near by. Early morning walks (after 7:00 am) were great with maintenance personnel in the city on duty so the safety factor was outstanding. Second floor room was great and quiet. Lobby area was excellent and the surroundings were clean and neat.
Nick was an excellent host and available to answer any and all questions. It felt as though someone was always available and taking care of the guests and I appreciated it very much! I happened to be there during the Wednesday Farmer's Market and took full advantage of the produce and other items--again only minutes away during the walk!
The complimentary coffee and tea service was excellent! Thank you, Nick for your kindness and assistance during my stay!
Snacks and other beverages were available for purchase outside the lobby.
There was nothing that I would change!
