Great location close to the convention center. Climate control in room was very comfortable. Staff was very kind & professional. Lots of parking options. Bathroom/vanity had plenty of space. Housekeeping was very respectful of privacy preferences.
Not a huge issue, but a covered, dedicated smoking area on site would have been nice. Having refreshments available in the lobby was neat, but a vending machine for snacks/bevages would have been a plus during the hours that the lobby was closed.

Staff was very VERY helpful and accomodating. There was alot of parking and the hotel was walking distance from various eateries, bars, and shops.
I couldnt stay there longer since it was a work event.

My friend and I had a fantastic stay. The gentleman at the front desk (but also everywhere else! I am still convinced he doesn't sleep!) was so wonderfully funny and charming. The accommodations were clean and absolutely exceeded our expectations. It was a such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone needing to stay in San Jose.

it was recently renovated, clean, conveniently located near nightlife, restaurants, parks, museums and easy walking distance to all. the staff were the best! Fun, kind, treated us like family. you will love it hear! Also a great value.

The owner Nick is very caring and helpful. The room was huge and comfortable, and everything was spotless. The location is a 10 minutes walk from the convention center. It is highly recommended. I definitely would go back.
Tissue boxes in the bathroom would be appreciated.

The room was clean and quiet. The bed was AWESOME! My friend and I said it was the best night's sleep we've had in a while -- even compared to our beds at home!
The neighborhood was a bit run down but we didn't go out at night so that didn't affect us.

The room was very nice and very clean. Staff was wonderful.
Better lighting at the mirror/sink area. The downlighting cast weird shadows and made it difficult to do my hair and make-up.
