Love the river access!
The room needed some repairs. Rotting wood around bathroom door, warped floor, dirty tile/grout in bathroom, strange patch job on ceiling, old wooden toilet seats. Could be a be awesome if rooms would be updated. Could still keep the 50’s vibe but needs some repairs and deep cleaning.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the property is great, not right in town but also not far out of town. I also loved the river access! The overall vibe was pretty good, plus there is a place to ear on property, we just didn't eat there this time. I would say the river/ creek access, the staff, and location were the only real saving graces.
The wifi connection was terrible, basically non existent. The shower was also dirty, still had clumps of hair on it from the people before, not sure how you overlook that. The shower overall was a disappointment, I understand it being a older property and wanting to maintain the integrity, but there are things to do to make the bathroom more user friendly. The only other complaint would be that the fan speed did not adjust, and since it would get very hot in between the ac kicking on and off this was a major downside. I think easy adjustments could be made to the rooms while still maintaining the overall vibe. Small cleaning up around and on property as well. Was really looking forward to staying here but just kind of disappointed.
