Very disappointed - was told that we would be given either discount or comped and neither happened.

The only part of this stay was the young girl helping in the front desk.

The room was horrible. There was lots of bugs in the room. We asked to get moved. Was moved 2 times before we went back to original room because it was cleaner than the other rooms. 1 room we were moved still had someone staying in there and the key opened up the door. The other room was triple the amount of bugs on the floor, dead and alive.

It was easy to find, close to the wedding, and clean except for the dead bugs they didn't clean up before our check in and they had ALL day.

We didn't like that there were dead bugs for us to dispose of... After a long day of decorating the wedding we come back and our keys are inactive... Our shower rod was falling off the wall, and the shower head was horrible spraying everywhere. We asked for a late checkout because we were EXHAUSTED and we were woken up twice! Once by the vacuum cleaner banging everything in the next room and another by house keeping entering our room when we had just fallen back to sleep from the first disturbance!. I had already gone down the hall to ask them to keep it down and then they come knocking and entering our room! Respect your guests, find out if anyone has a late check out! STAFF needs to take ALL guests into consideration!

For being a new property, there is a serious cockroach issue. I killed 4 roaches during my stay.

Bed was comfortable

Unpleasant odor in the room as soon as you walk in. Pest control, there were roaches in the kitchen, bedroom area and bathroom. Would most likely not stay there again.

This is a shady place. Not recommended.

Assigned a room that was already occupied. Second room had a used glass on the table and a huge sweat stain on the bedspread. It was disgusting

Had to go buy my own light bulbs and shower head Elevator did not work most of the week No staff in building you had to walk to "regular motel 6" for any help

Fair price. Good location.

No one came to tend to our room. My niece and I were there for 3 nights. Maybe we had to request it? I don't know. I thought they just automatically came by.

I liked the location.

I didn't like that people lived next to us and sat outside their room to hangout and left their room doors open. There were a lot of people waking in and out and around the parking lot. Didn't feel very safe.

No pool or hot tub access, roach in our room,bad parking,no breakfast,rude employees, hard bed,too much money for zero amenities

Probably won’t be back.

Good location. Staff was accommodating when the A/C didn’t work in the first room.

First room the A/C didn’t work. Cockroach found in the second room. Walls were dirty. The carpet in the hallways carpet needed to be vacuumed during our entire stay and never was.
