It was so peaceful! Plenty of room for the 4 adults in our party!
Traveling with 80 & 82 year old parents, the couches were not good for them! They were comfortable for my wife and I, but her parents had a very rough time getting up and down on them!
The toilet in the upstairs bathroom is not properly attached, as every time one of us used it, it would bang against the wall. Not very good in the middle of the night!

Spülmaschine defekt bzw. reinigt nicht. Fettiges Geschirr von Gästen vorher hinterlassen. Housekeeping sollte so etwas merken

The property was off the main road and the house was easily accessible. The house was just what we need to get away from the big city and recharge. The starry nights were magical, standing under the Milky Way and gazing at all of the constellations! From the morning views with a cup of coffee and sunsets with campfires....this property does not disappoint.
We were even able to catch a trout in the river. There are so many places in Utah to explore- whether your hiking, exploring caves, visiting the Best Friend Animal Sanctuary, the list is endless- there is too much to do in one trip!
Many memories were made here and we can not wait to return!
The host was kind, welcoming and easy to get in touch with! Great hospitality
There is NO AC, but the cool breezes kept the house cold enough.
The only thing I would change is the pillows. Other than that we loved sleeping with the windows opens and enjoying the wonderful temperatures.
