The location was perfect, on Cornell’s campus. The staff was friendly and professional. The bed/ linens/ robes were all comfortable. The shower was stellar (pressure/ heat control/ flow). The view of the campus and surrounding area was beautiful. Enjoyed Sunday Brunch with our son. A scenic room, plenty of options, great coffee, and again, attentive staff.

No turn down service, some other nit picky details one might expect at this price point/ stars, but I am assuming much of this has to do with ever changing management as I believe it is in someways part educational facility. The truth is, many students work there, but the overall impression left is that of a well-run independent hotel. I feel the fundamentals were met exceptionally well.

Location is great.

Furnishings, wall coverings, lamps etc., very tired and dated. Disappointing. Shocked that Cornell with a premier hotel school doesn’t take more pride in the hotel
