The property was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful
The property is older and needs a refresh. Rooms felt tired and worn. Air-conditioning units were loud. Common areas were dark and uninviting. Wouldn't choose this property again.

The location right beside SeaWorld was great. The morning breakfasts each day were good. The room was just ok. The front desk staff were good.
May be funny but I found the floor bell in the elevator loud and annoying. Room 613: The bathroom door was broken and would not close or open easily without pushing or pulling hard. It's very off kilter. The lack of a clock radio was very annoying so we had to use our cell phone alarms to get us up in the mornings. The cleaning staff in the hallway were very talkative and loud with each other on Sunday morning as we tried to rest some after our very good all day VIP tours at SeaWorld on Saturday. With only 1 trash can in the suite that caused some annoyance. most other suites I've used have at least 2 with one in the bathroom. I found the snack prices to be very high. I know we all pay for convenience but the pricing was very high on some of the items. $3 for a small bag of chips...really?
