The staff is personable and very helpful!! This is the place I like to stay whenever in McCook.
There was a minor glitch with the elevator, I believe the part was on order. It did not affect the two most important things to me: a kind helpful staff and a clean comfortable room!

the location was good . the room itself was good clean etc
the elevator kept breaking down and I was there for nine days and every day I got told oh the guys coming tomorrow , the guy is coming tomorrow ! ? and by the ninth day I’d had enough and said you’ve been saying that for 8/ 9 days now .
Breakfast was awful went once and never again . Went out and brought breakfast .

Good price and clean.
The staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. Asked for towels because I only had 2 in my room and the girl at the front gave attitude. The pool towels are the size of hand towels. No one is ever at the front desk. You have to pick up the phone and call to get someone even at peak towels.
