The location was excellent, the staff were friendly and I loved being able to work out at the Y
My suite was extremely dark as there were only windows in the bedroom. The main living area had no natural light. I also couldn’t fully open my window shades as the room opposite looked straight in as did the walkway between the buildings. It was also extremely noisy at night as my bed was directly above the entrance to Sam Kendall’s.
I also didn’t like the room locking system - to have the code 0210 for room 210 is hardly secure.

Location
Staff was non-existent when we arrived for check-in so had to come back and then wait in line for service. Room had a full kitchen with Keurig but no pods. We felt that the staff did not do a thorough job of prepping our room for the one night we stayed there. Sleep number bed did not work sufficiently and the bathroom sink was more of a horse’s trough than a sink with no place to put your toiletries. Only one thin towel per person. Rooftop bar served the worst dirty martini I have ever had - could not finish it. Service there was good and the surroundings were pleasant enough but the bartender needs to take a bartender course. Dinner next door at the steak house was wonderful.
