I’m pretty satisfied with stay.

Good for price,very friendly stuff .Very comfy and roomy suits .

Very happy I chose this hotel and would highly recommend it.

Easy access to RT 95. Newer property. Spacious room. Nice breakfast.

Heater was a little loud when turning on. Light over bathroom vanity could be a little brighter.

OVERALL OUR STAY WAS REALLY GOOD AND WE WILL RETURN AGAIN

The cleanliness.

Our room was cold and we turn on the heat but it was still chilly. Two of our night stands with the lamp went out and we couldn’t figure how to get it back on.

Acceptable for one night stay.

Large suite and comfortable furnishings. Staff were excellent.

It needed to be cleaned better. I had to ask for new sheets. There was still hair in the shower and the night stands needed to be wiped down. The dishes were put away dirty.

Overall the stay was comfortable with the bed giving us good nights sleep snd the breakfast was excellent.

The room was fully furnished for a home like feel which gave us added comfort.

The toilet tank failed to fill up after every flush.

people are nice social gathering with drinks and food is a very nice touch after long drive to not have to go out to eat

everyone is so friendly and social evening is a nice touch !

75$ for my 7lb toy poodle who is a service animal seems a bit unfair we have stayed 2 years in a row and I have felt that way both times but never spoke up.

Great 1 night stay with family.

The suite easily fitted our family and 1 small dog. A baby crib is available on request. It was great that the bedroom is separated from the main room with a door that can be closed. Both rooms have a tv. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly to us.

I forgot to check the pet fee which was 75USD, quite rich for a 1 night stay over.

Shocking call from front desk

The breakfast was good, nice variety. Close to venue I was attending.

Front desk called me at my venue to tell me that they were moving my belongings out because I did not pat for the 20th. I walked back to the hotel, as fast as I could. After cleaning out one bedroom and kitchen, front desk girl called to say a gentlemen had cancelled his reservation, so I could stay. I checks my itinerary and I had paid for the 20th. I went back down and she had new keys for me and booked me back into my suite. It would have been better if she had checked the reservation properly and seen that I had paid and did not have to practically run back to the hotel and move all our items. I recently had a stroke and my family was very worried about me walking and being in the heat. My daughter left the venue worried about me and found me walking very slowly back to the civic center. She picked me up by car anfpd we returned to venue. The girl at the front desk should have said she made a mistake and not tell me a lie. She needs to check reservations more carefully. It ruined my trip and I was so sick.

Location was fantastic!

esthetics looked good at first then I noticed that the sinks’ plumbing in the bathroom and kitchen were exposed.

Perfect, comfy and relaxing

Everything was nicely organized and arranged we enjoyed ourselves since it was a little pit stop on our way to the beach, would recommend to others and the breakfast was really delightful and we enjoyed eating the breakfast! Overall the room we booked was spacious and comfortable although it was a little confusing the new up to date tech that was added it all ended up working out! Gladly in the future we will look at this place as a continued location for our future needs!

Great stop midway between DC area and Orlando!

We made it in time for the complimentary dinner which was a nice surprise. The staff were all very friendly. The room was very spacious. We also enjoyed the breakfast. I appreciated that they had bottles of soaps, shampoos, conditioners on the wall to avoid all the waste of so many tiny bottles and bars of soap that just get thrown away. I also appreciated that they had the set of sheets for the pullout bed ready to go in a bag in the closet. We didn't end up going out to eat, but it looked like there were several options nearby.

The soda machine in the breakfast area was out of order.

Our visit to Florence

Great room size. Love the kitchen with all the necessities. Felt very at home. HBO channels helped during the rain.

It rained. LOL I can't think of anything we didn't like.
