I would not stay there again, nor would I recommend anyone

It was quiet

They charged extra money for a resort fee that was unexpected, and refused to refund the money.

Pleasant

Location was very convenient. It has a nice pool!

The walls were paper thin which made it very hard to sleep at night given that next door there were some ladies whose conversations we could hear very clearly. Also they kept some lights on outside that were extremely bright. I made my reservation through booking but when I got there to check in they asked me for my credit card information because they needed to charge me an extra 25 dollars, which I think they should be included in booking. When I paid on booking it said all taxes and fees included (they certainly weren’t). When we made the reservation on booking we selected on of the rooms with ocean view, which we didn’t get. The fact that it didn’t have an ocean view doesn’t really bother me, what does bother me is that you’re supposedly paying for something that you’re not getting (plus 25 dollars).

The cleaning. I stayed in a non smoking room and the smell of cigarettes was unbearable.

STAY AWAY!

great location

we really wanted to say this was a great place but we just can’t. They were wonderful about us checking in super late but that’s where it ends. they double charged me for my room which they claim they refunded but a week later, I haven’t seen it yet. When we arrived the room was disappointing to say the least. The furnishings were beat up, beds so uncomfortable, and there was black mold in the bedroom on the ceiling and in the bathroom. You could see the waterline from water possibly hurricane flooding? We checked out within a couple hours and still have not been refunded our stay.

Location was good. Key are pricey! :)

The staff was very helpful. At one point they lost some information and the owner who got involved was very rude and threatening. I will not go back there because of his arrogance. However the staff almost made up for it .

Sorry I mixed things up, location was good and the staff over the top helpful. The priority could use some upgrades and work .

We enjoyed our stay so much.

The room was large and very nicely decorated. It was the cleanest hotel room I have ever been in. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony was great overlooking the ocean. Great location. The staff friendly and helpful.. The landscaping and pool were very nice..It was so quiet and peaceful. We loved it here.

The only thing we didn't like was the stairs. We have knee and back issues that made it hard to carry our things up the stairs..

50th anniversary getaway. Nice room& great beach area and lowest price in the area.

Location was great. Close to our favorite restaurants. No breakfast at the motel and in-room coffee was awful, but walking distance to a Starbucks. Liked having the outdoor table and chairs and privacy

So many wasps around our door and their mud nests should have been scraped off and wasps sprayed

There was no breakfast..but the beach was beautiful along with the hammocks!perfect view of the sunrise as aell

Beautiful rooms and view with easy check-in and check-out.

Super easy check-in process, we arrived late and had to depart early so unfortunately we didn’t get to interact with the staff, but they were so kind and helpful over the phone. The location was perfect for what we needed. Super close to restaurants and the dive shop and marina we were visiting. The ocean view room was well worth the price and we would absolutely stay here again. The bathroom was on the smaller side, but clean and effective for what we needed.

A great place to stay, close to attractions and perfect place to dock/launch boat!

It was a great place. Front desk staff was amazing. great amenities. We went as a couple; but there were families there also enjoying the place. Great set up to watch sunset and close to good restaurants! Awesome place to experience the Keys!

we were a casualty of the Southwest Airlines Christmas meltdown. we asked for a credit, not a refund but neither was agreed to. seems like a shortsighted policy, but I guess they think most of us are one time customers and they won’t suffer any consequences.

Disappointing

Location, pool, beach areas

Rooms were dated, not the cleanest, not the comfiest. Beds were noisy and clunky. No hooks on the walls for any towels or swim suits. Sand fleas were so bad we all had bites everywhere.

Loved the location, the staff and the room

Great location . Loved the pool by the beach. Staff was very friendly and accommodating when requesting early check in.
