We were in town for only one night for a graduation and had the best time at this property. Can’t say enough good things about it!

The Cottage was ideal for our stay in Knoxville. The house was immaculately clean, well equipped with everything we needed and the outdoor fire pit and picnic area was perfect for having family over for a cookout and games. The owners were magnificent. Great communication and personable. They were close enough to be helpful but respected our privacy. Wonderful stay.

Host thought of everything, lovely property. Lots of extras for the guests. Fenced area for our dogs. Property is in back yard of main house but we were given our privacy. Very charming cottage.

This was my second stay at this property. Jaclyn is a great host who thinks of all the little things that make her guests feel right at home. Quiet, relaxing house where you can unwind after your day exploring Knoxville. Highly recommend this property!

This adorable cottage sits on a hill with a spectacular view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Sunrises were photo worthy! Host was so nice and helpful. Very clean with pet friendly atmosphere That I appreciate so much! Will hopefully come back one day!

My son and I stayed just a few days to check out the Tennessee football game. The house is beautiful and in the ideal location to use as a central point to do so many things in Knoxville and the surrounding area!

Great view!! Had all the things (snacks, drinks pet treats ❤️, and a drawer full of anything you forgot.) The owners of this sweet little cottage were also sweet and easy to talk to.

When me and my wife travel, we usually stay in hotels. But when her mother travels with us, we lose our dogsitter, so we need to take our 2 mini dachshunds with us. If you've ever stayed in a hotel with 2 dogs, then you probably understand when I tell you that it isn't any fun. So, we default to places like this: pet friendly with a fenced in yard along with being clean and comfortable. This quaint little cottage checked all those boxes and then some! The host, Jaclyn, is the hostess with the most'ess! It's the small details that really pop on this one. The kitchen was well stocked with snacks and coffee (there was even soda in the fridge), she also had small treats for the dogs, and the bathroom toiletries were high quality. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels for everyone as well. Parking was great; it was literally right next to the gate so easy access. 10 steps and you're in the house. We drove to downtown Knoxville on numerous occasions, and it only took 15 minutes. The area was quiet, the host's house is the main house on the property so there weren't any other houses within ear shot. Jaclyn was very communicative, we texted back and forth even though there wasn't much to text about. We were 3 adults and 2 small dogs and we were very comfortable. The house isn't large so I wouldn't recommend putting too many people in here at once. But if you're a small group and traveling with pets, this is definitely a good house to go with. Probably one of the best we've stayed at. Highly recommend.

A very quaint little place with lots of extras provided by the Host. Enjoyed a quiet weekend to step away and catch up on reading and relaxing, along with a few trips to parks close by to walk my dog. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was full of everything you would need, and more. The bathroom is tiny and that was okay. The cottage is very nice and clean, a unique place close to downtown Knoxville if you want to get out and about. Thank you for a weekend getaway!

Great little getaway! This was our first experience renting and everything was great! House was very clean! And put together with supplies and snacks! We enjoyed walking around the property with our dog. And we even played some tennis on the tennis court. Our first plan was to stay at a hotel but thankful we decided to rent house instead! I believe we made the better choice! And would recommend it!

What a great place, the view, the property, all good! Fenced in area for dogs was great, allowed them to burn some much needed energy after a long drive. Will book again!! And the snacks…..

It’s clear that the host cares about the comfort and well-being of her guests. As an older person I found the steps to the home a bit challenging(although only 3 steps they are steep ones) but the level paved driveway leading the large side yard made it easy to walk around the property. Plus, turkeys!

The guest house was perfect for our short stay to hit up Dollywood & Cades Cove. The little touches like the sign welcoming us & the doggie treats were really appreciated. LOVED the fenced in yard for our puppy! My only 2 gripes....the bathroom is SUPER small. Only took 1 shower because it was challenging in the tight space. And the back bedroom needs blinds/curtains on ALL the windows :)

It was such a pleasure to stay in such a charming home. The hosts thought of everything, and then some. It was pristine, comfortable and so welcoming. What a delight, and we just loved the fun and stylish decorating. Our dog was happy too. Thank you for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
