It was clean and nice amenities- ice machine and elevator were easily accessible.
I thought the room was clean and comfortable. I would like to have a heavier blanket or comforter on the bed or available in the room.

I brought family and rented 5 rooms for family reunion. First, rooms weren't available at 3:00. That's ok. Stuff happens. BUT, staff appeared to not really care. They can be taught a lot about customer service. When we got our rooms, staff didn't bother to tell us the elevator was out. Again, no concern. The next day, elevator still out, no sorry again, and when we returned after long day, elevator still out and staff sitting in lobby with phone. AGAIN, no customer service skills. Too, bad because there are now choices of places to stay in Ogallala.
