A little off the beaten path, but so quiet and comfortable.

Good value: a mostly clean room with a comfortable bed and quiet surroundings. I travel a lot and this queen-size bed was as comfortable to me as any Hilton or Marriott bed. Be sure to have your driving maps and instructions available offline as this area is out of GSM cell coverage (CDMA carriers may have better coverage here). Cool in the summer: I was worried about the sleeping in the heat (driving through Moab was 109°F at about 6:00pm) and knew that the cabin didn't have any air conditioning or anything of the sort. I later learned that this site is about 7300 feet above sea level and is typically 10–15°F cooler than Moab. I opened the windows for the evening and the temperature was perfect, even for mid July. Wifi: While I didn't use it other than to send a "I made it" and a few pictures to family, the Wi-Fi was stable at about 5 Mb/s up and down. Clean bathrooms: The nearby bathrooms were clean: clean sink, clean toilet, clean shower. Full dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Lots of hot water.

Cabin pests: The desk area of the cabin was crawling with ants, and when I moved the desk away from the wall I disturbed a fairly large and active spider's web. I decided to just let nature be for the night (but I did check my bed area!). Again—these cabins are not airtight structures, but will keep out rodents and larger animals. Dusty towels: The towels in the room, while unused and essentially clean, were rather dusty. A few shakes was good enough for my needs, but keep in mind that this is not a hotel-level experience.
