The white male with the beard was very accommodating took care of any issues. Promptly with a smile made the J stay enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent.
The air-conditioning systems in the hall were warm had fans running in the halls. The air-conditioning in the room was good. The first room that I checked into the air-conditioning was subpar and somebody turned the heater on in the room and when we checked in the entire other room was wet floor carpets bed couch was able to get the humidity down in the room, dried out, and the staff relocated us to another room the following day, which made it very pleasant. It’s not so much that you have a problem, but the problems are dealt with, and I feel they were filled with dealt with very well.
