Beautiful resort right ion the lake shore with a nice beach and Great pool. Lovely restaurants (we had dinner at two of them, both great) and even more lively personnel, from facility entrance to room keeping, welcome desk pool, shops and restaurants. Yoga on the lawn in the morning was just amazing, as well as the morning healthy bites and juices.

Beautiful location, with one of the best lakefront, maybe the best in Tahoe. Great restaurant the Edge with beautiful views. Excellent service, beautiful eco design. Outdoor fire pits to hang out in evening and stargaze. Beautifully landscaped grounds and a golf course.
Not quite able to handle its own deserved popularity, reflected in waiting time and availability at check in / out, dinner and spa that dampen the property potential standing. Standard very late check-in coupled with very early check-out. Spa treatments with little availability and get booked very early. Single plunge family pool, but it is not so much an issue in summer given the lake is right here for swimming.

The entire property is beautiful…inside and out. High end accommodations and the lake views are stunning. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. They all made us feel very welcome

Construction quality and location
Hotel empty: asked to have a room with lake view: answer: at midnight: no we don’t do is a different rate. Front desk very uncomfortable.
They try to let me pay 50$ for parking, I don’t have a car in US….
They apply 55$ of resort fee : there is no amenities: pool outside 🥶 -2degree , the spa: you have to pay: so no amenities that can allowed to ask resort fees. The room cost 650$……..
In the morning at 10:00 request to have laundry of 4pc.: aaa sorry no we can’t you had to tell one hour ago.
There isn’t a place where to have a desk for computer or business meeting. A lot of work in the hotel but the rate was the same.
Very disappointing experience in a Beautyful place.
