Close to downtown and Lake Tahoe.

The staff and the cleanliness was amazing.
The issue I had was that I called and asked if roll away beds were available for my room preference and the lady told me yes they are. When I got to the hotel front desk to check in, the lady told me they are not available in the room I had booked. This made no sense to me because if the lady on the phone would have told me the roll away bed was not available I would not have drove 3.5 hours.

Location was convenient and amenities were decent.
Didn't like paying for parking each day along with resort fees. The shower heads in the rooms need changing to match the showers as the water pressure wasn't great.

The location was good.
They charge a resort fee and it is NOT a resort. The room was not vacuumed and there were smiley faces smeared into the mirror. We called and asked for it to be cleaned. Someone came up but it was still not done well.
