Relaxing

I loved the view and the amenities

The coffee shop closes too early, breakfast needs to go longer. On vacation you don’t get uo as early but would still like to enjoy breakfast. Brunch items were nasty!

My stay could have been better if Sara took the time to explain how to set up the pull out couch.

The amenities of the hotel was to my expectations.

Sara the front desk agent was horrible. I paid for a king bed and pull out couch once we got into the room I notice there wasn’t a pull a couch. When I called down to speak with a agent to ask if there were possible roll away beds or something they mentioned that there weren’t any and there wasn’t anything they could do. I asked if maybe there were some extra comforters that we could probably put on the floor to sleep on or something and they mentioned that housekeeping was closed and that we could contact them in the morning which is what I did the next day and they were still closed I never heard of housekeeping being closed throughout the day for guest. We weren’t able to get towels comforters or anything. The next day I decided to go downstairs to express my frustration to Sarah the agent who check this is and to see if there’s anyway we can upgrade to a different room because sleeping on the floor was not our idea vacation I even tried putting two chairs together to sleep on which was ridiculous. I spoke with Sarah and she seem to have absolutely no compassion whatsoever she was super nonchalant and was like there’s nothing we could do she didn’t even allow me to finish expressing how I felt and just cut me and my family off. I understand at times hotels to be so booked up there is nothing that you can do but where is the compassion for guest? It’s as if she just didn’t wanna work that day and was in a horrible mood. The next day was check out and I’ve asked to speak to the manager mind you I’ve asked to speak to the manager the day that I got there in the second day and they told me no one was on the floor that’s another thing I never heard of of no managers being on the floor and such a big luxury hotel like this one. I ended up speaking to the manager the day of checkout and she was so polite so sweet and nice and had compassion for us. What blew me was the fact that she showed us on a photo how to set up the pull out couch which Sara did not do or mention

I didn’t get to stay they cancel and charge me for the money!

I didnt like the property at all.

They cancel my reservation one hour before the check in and on top of that steal from me more than $500. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. My vacation got ruin because of them.

The room was wonderful with the full kitchen and view was beyond gorgeous

A lot of things were not available due to a ton of rain. pool and beach were closed but we got charged resort fees for amenities that weren’t available

The toaster was not working. they were not helpful.staff (reception) very rude . Whatever problem we said, we were met with rude answers. We do not plan to go again.

My daughter and her friends had a good time. It was my daughters 10th birthday. The kids also had fun in the pool.

I did not like that when I called room service for towels and rags, I never got them. The hotel was not cheap so I feel the service should have been better! Then, I explained the situation to the manager and he questioned me as if I was lying! As a manager, you never do that to a customer! I am a nurse practitioner and I would never treat a customer like that! I stayed with this hotel on more than one occasion. I will never stay at this hotel again!

good but not great.

the restaurant is extremely expensive and only opens at 930am . The valet is not included and extremely expensive as well, but the excellent service in both establishments.

no dishwasher soap or washing machine soap, no paper towels, minimal toilet paper. no service for cleaning of rooms , at the price we paid we could have had housekeeping , cheap move by the hotel. AC was either too cold or off , telephone did not work, multiple lights did not work. no hand towels supplied for the kitchen , extremely minimal glasses and plates and cooking equipment the absolute bare minimum.... no salt and pepper shakers.

It’s on Hollywood beach

The staff was not friendly, no rags in our rooms, view was disappointing, toilet did no work properly, microwave didn’t work as well. Overpriced food and room service advertised was false.

The location and the view was worth every penny.

Limited washcloths and linens. All tile floors and no carpet; bring your house shoes. Needs a better sofa bed

I ask for a crib, they never brought one, the penthouse was dirty, they charge extra fee for cleaning but nobody clean anything, the elevator is a disaster just 3 elevator , people fighting for spots, cleaning people arguing with guest, the worse experience
