Very good
The view was amazing! And we loved staying in the park close to everything!! The place was clean.
It was pretty hot when we were there, so it was hard to sleep, and we didn’t find the bed in the master bedroom very comfortable. The dishwasher was broken while we were there- which was a bummer. And the bees were such a nuisance on the deck that although we wanted to eat out there while we were taking in the views, we were being bombarded. I also thought that for the price- the carpets and some of the furnishings need to be updated.

You can’t beat the location. It’s large and clean.
Great location within the park and a relatively short drive to major sights. The issue with not having internet was difficult logistically. The property was clean but the couch was pretty uncomfortable. Pillows/mattress was great. No a/c but we managed with the first day being the hottest.
Internet accessibility.

Lovely property but disadvantaged with no wifi and poor management service.
The house was very comfortable and well-equipped. The kitchen was good (very important for us as we cooked at home) and very warm.
Not having either Wifi or a cellular signal is a major drawback. Both my partner and I have are business owners, and we want to be able to communicate at least at the beginning and the end of the day without hassle. The property description does indicate that there is no wifi, so it is our problem that we booked before we had checked this detail. But I think it should be made more prominent in the description so that travelers can weigh this up before they look further. Wifi is now a standard utility and not having it is a major drawback. The second issue was that the management office communications were poor. There was no email about the door access code, I had to call to ask. There was no information about how to lock the door (it did not lock automatically), the fixed line call to reception was not answered at any time even when calling during working hours. We could not operate the gas oven and they said they would come round. They never did (luckily in desperation we worked it out). I would say they were totally ineffective.
