Room was nice, except for ability to use the kitchen without bringing in your own utensils, plates, glasses, etc.
There was a mini kitchen in the room, but no flatware, plates, glasses or anything. All of that could be purchased.
Walking into the lobby and dining room felt stark, like into an ATM closeet.

The location was convenient for getting our daughter & niece settled into college @ NMU. The room was clean & had all the amenities we could need (especially loved that the fridge had an ice makerš) & the staff was all super friendly & helpfulš
Didn't realize there was no breakfast service provided (my fault for assuming it would be at least bare bones continental. Also would be nice if hot tea & hot chocolate was offered in the lobby room as I don't drink coffee. Also the beds were a little too firm for me so didn't get the best night's sleep š„“

Breakfast was not offered.
The floors were so dirty, that we had to wash our feet off before putting our shoes on to leave!
