horrible. don’t rent room 242 terrible, filthy, toilet is terrible and it was smell. mildew smell.

Photos are a bait and switch. Nothing about the photos are genuine. Staff said those are our "deluxe rooms" which I don't believe existed. Regardless if that's the case you should have your standard room photos posted too. Seeing as no other rooms were available in the city due to balloon Fiesta we had to endure which meant buying blankets and cleaning supplies from Walmart.

Good

I liked the location and the staff was super friendly, clear and responsive.

I disliked that the tv signal was missing some channels and towels had to be washed not by staff. Also the lighting was very difficult to operate as some lights had to stay on because the knob was broken and kept turning.

don’t waste your money

nothing it was horrible dirty room kept getting broken into mold in shower sinks clogged took two weeks to fix managers son lives on site caught him learning around my car too many times they say no pets but everyone has one poop all over the grounds trash it’s just dirty and if you value your belongings and privacy this is definitely not the place for you came back one day door wide open was told the maintenance left it open like it was no big deal with my PlayStation and other valuables in there

everything it’s dirty the staff are crooks this place is definitely not a save place especially if you have a nice car

Poor

They entered my room without permission also without water for 3 hours yesterday and they didn't clean my room because of a trash bag to be thrown by my door

They don't listen to people and cercomstances

Cheap

Breakfast was cheap and minimal. We had to ask for more towels. The notice on the safe said we could get reimbursed for the safe fee if we wanted but I could even get a hard copy receipt at check out. Front desk clerks were hardly ever at the desk.

This place was DIRTY! Dog crap every where(100's of piles). Room was so dirty,would not walk on it with out shoes. Smelled like a ash tray.

It had very good value for the price I paid, stove, big fridge, best price in town.

Everything was great, except for the rude owner of the property, told me she could do what ever she wants because she owns the place, very rude, I left even though I paid for four more days, not customer service orientated. Rest of staff, wonderful.

The employees are real nice and hospitable when it came to service and request ing things needed

I asked to move rooms because of the coldness and the broken air conditioner. I made new reservation

Never again.

I liked that they have weekly rates being that I'll be working out here for a while.

My bed dips in the middle so I can't sleep right. My stove didn't work. I paid for one room and they gave it away so I had to take another. My bed sheets weren't washed good, I could smell other people on it still. The wifi is horrible. Can't play games and can't watch stuff in UHD. It wanted me to change my settings to watch movies. IDC how cheap it is, never again.
