Didn’t meet the expectations from the listing.

Big room. Condo had nice pool and beach access.

The reservation said to arrive before 4pm to check in. We showed up after traveling for 6 hours at 3pm and were told our room wasn’t ready it needed to be cleaned. We asked if we could put out things in the room so we could hang out on the beach and were told we were not allowed into the room until that were finished cleaning it. We waited around for 4 hours(7pm) until we could access the room. We also never received access to the water park which is why we chose to stay at this condo. The listing said water slide access but we were told we couldn’t access the water park the entire trip which is why we chose this condo to begin with. False advertisement on the listing and we had 4 hours of our time waisted after traveling for arriving when we were told to.

Very Dirty - No Cleaning Service

I absolutely loved the location. We had the perfect ocean view

Wow, where do I start. I wish I could give a 0 rating!!🤮 The apartment was very grimmy and dirty. Although, we had that amazing view, we had to clean the glass doors to see out. They were filthy!! The kitchen was a nightmare, the silverware drawers were full of crumbs, dirty and some rusty silverware, actual rust on the majority of knives, the whisk. Even the pots were not fit to use. The burners were all slanted, we were afraid to use the front burners for fear of a pot or pan sliding right off. The stove's knobs were filthy with crud buildup. Coffee pot actually had about a 1/2 cup of water in it, and it was dirty. The refrigerator in the kitchen and in the one bedroom (small fridge) were just nasty, had spills in the freezer and fridge both. Every lampshade in the entire place was so full of dust and hair. In the bedrooms, the bed linen had to be washed, there was hair on all four of the beds sheets. The beds were extremely hard with worn out flat pillows. The batheroom toiletpaper holders are rusty with shedding rust. Both bathrooms had a half roll of 1 ply toiletpaper. Even the chairs on the balcony were filthy. Before we could move our things in, we went to the walmart to buy cleaning supplies and dish detergent. I came on this trip because my grandson was having his 10th birthday and this is where he wanted to come, after arriving and seeing the condition of the place that we were staying for 7 days, I decided to clean and deal with it later. We drove over 7 hours and I wasnt about to put them through all of that. There was a laminated letter there with instructions for our stay, which said that there would be daily touchup service and cleaning on the fourth day. Noone showed up, so on day four I decided to call the office where I picked up the code and of course they said they have nothing to do with the cleaning of the unit and that I should call the owner.

Great fun, super relaxing!

Great location, tons of fun things to do, pool and beach were SUPER close!

Only complaint was the beds are in need of updating, everything else was amazing!

Disappointing

loved the view. I love sand dunes resort. stayed here before.

the mattresses (all of them) are as hard as a rock so we got very little sleep. mircowave was filthy. toaster over filthy. walls were dirty. hole in the mall by the front door. mirrow on the closet door broke in one of the bedrooms. would have liked to have an ice maker. was not aware that we could not use the water park attached to the resort. tv in one of the bedrooms did not work properly so we were not able to watch any tv in the bedroom.

Horrible.

Cleanliness , Beds, Kitchen No oven , Bath rooms , No access to north tower recreation area. All in all the building was old and run down the condo was in the medial of repairs .

Worst vacation ever !!

The beach

Owner does not tell you the on-site water park is not included when booking thru bookings.com or any other 3rd party company . Staff will not help you with anything because your reservation is not under them . Construction going on every single day . We went 80 hours with no running water and not one person let us know! We woke up to no facilities and had to call the town to find out what was going on. Could not use any of the apartments amenities due to the lack of water including flushing the toilet, washing our hands, showering, washing clothes, dishwashing.. pretty much everything you can think of requiring water. Owner gave me the wrong room key and address to their main office had me driving around aimlessly for over an hour. It was just a complete mess ! The building it’s self is a little dated but if I had booked directly thru the hotel I may not have been as disappointed with the facility appearance and location wise! No running water is definitely the worst! Will not stay here again or book thru that agency.
