About this villa rental
Casa Aurora is located 7 km from the sea less than 10 minutes in the car, in quiet and with wonderful views of the sea and over the whole Etruscan coast. The house is newly built, covered with stone, keeping the typical Tuscan features, with all the comforts for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The house consists of kitchen, two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, large living room with two double sofa beds and two bathrooms. Private garden of 800 mt. with gazebo, table and chairs for eating outside. Barbecue. Reserved parking. Independent central heating. The surrounding countryside offers the opportunity to take long walks, cycling and horse riding in complete tranquility and relaxation. There are beautiful trails among the surrounding countryside crossing charming villages and rich history. Among these is the 'wine route': combining the towns of Montescudaio, Guardistallo, Casale Marittimo, Bibbona and Castagneto Carducci. Excellent starting point for visiting the main cities of art such as Pisa, Volterra, Siena, Florence and spas.
Prices include electricity and gas consumptions. Air conditioning consumption must be paid a part.
The bed linen is included in the price while the bathroom linen if required must be paid separately.

Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in mitten der Natur gemacht. Das Haus hat alles was machen im Urlaub braucht.

Wie wurden von den Eigentümern sehr nett aufgenommen. Das Haus steht an einer fantastischen Lage mitten im Olivenhain und die Aussicht ist spektakulär. Leider entspricht die Einrichtung des Objekts nicht den Bildern am Netz. Der Fernseher hängt beim Esstische in der Küche an der Wand. Eine Sitzgelegenheit zum gemütlichen Schauen ist nicht vorhanden. Im Wohnzimmer stehen zwei massive Bettsofas, dafür keine weiteren Möbel. Dieser Raum wäre somit nur als zusätzliches Schlafzimmer zu gebrauchen. Schade. Um sich vor der Besonnung auf der Terrasse an heissen Tagen zu schützen fehlt ein massiver Sonnenschirm oder der eine oder andere Baum. Insgesamt ist das Haus schön aber ein wenig spartanisch eingerichtet.
