The location was absolutely perfect. We loved being in one of the top units. We were able to find free street parking and walked everywhere from our unit. There's great family friendly restaurants within walking distance and it's a very short distance to the beach. The beach toys in the closet were a highlight, for my toddler son.
The main negative thing was a slightly leaky toilet. It was only upon flushing and not an emergency. The bedroom blinds anchoring needed some attention soon too. The kitchen had some things that needed some tightening and or repaired but everthing was still functional. Overall it was a perfect stay.

The property is so nice! Its better than the pictures, it is so clean and comfortable and it’s conveniently located right across from the boardwalk and beach. It’s such a cute place and my family absolutely loved it and we plan on coming back!!

i liked the location it was close to beach
i didn’t like that it has no ramp or elevator. i have 2 kids and i had to carry them everyday up 4 flights of steps plus our beach stuff or any other luggage we have

The room was equipped with basic needs for a family. Dishes, pots, pans, bowls and utensils were available for use which made it nice when cooking meals for the family. Linens and towels were provided which was very nice and appreciated. Although we ended up not using the board games, we appreciated the option being there.
The sofa bed broke on the first night. I notified Vacasa on the 2nd day and on the 4th day the maintenance guy came who was very nice and brought us an air mattress and a blanket. The biggest issue for me was my son having to sleep on the floor and also the bed being pulled out for the entire stay which made it hard to move around since the place is small. If this is corrected, I would have given the stay a solid 4.
