Location with view and somewhat quick access to the beach...quiet and quaint neighborhood! Clean house with high-quality interior counters, cupboards and other furnishings. An open feeling with plenty of windows and light from outside.
I could not send a photo of my I.D. and therfore did not receive an email with the check-in numbers for the door or code for the lock box. We tried several times to get through. The only phone number we finally found on the site did not get us to the right people. We looked on another site and found the right booking agency. Please check to see or update this contact information. I believe it was a Vacasa site to begin with that we were booking on.

The place is bright and airy with a beautiful view of the ocean. You can watch the sunset from the dinner table or patio.
There's plenty of hot water.
There were plenty of quality towels for our group. A set of dog bowls for our fur buddy.
The kitchen is set up well... you will have just about everything you need while there. The pots and pans are quality.
The beds were fine for us and the linen comfortable.
Parking is great and the neighborhood is charming.
The washer/dryer didn't work in unit 1 and is an ongoing issue.
Noise travels, not that we had a problem, but I could see if you had a loud party or jumpy children, it could be an issue.
The closets are fine but clothing storage is lacking. We stayed 3 days and with three of us, it was okay. One room has a tiny set of drawers in the closet. The other room has a smaller closet and a window bench. It is fine, I think our issue was not being able to wash anything or would have been if we remained longer.
Non-issues, just an FYI
Its a drip coffee pot - coffee not provided.
A metal spatula would be a plus
The cutting board is tiny, but they did have the plastic sheet type as back up.
The spices are old and the cooking oil provided is ok.

Fantastic view, very clean, and location was great for us.
Wi Fi in Oceanside is non existent. The couch was very cold to sit on in the morning. A few more blankets would be nice.

There was ants everywhere when we came back from the beach every time. The bed was hard. And it was very hot when we got there in Sept. 80 degrees and NO FAN OR AIR
