Great but sleeps a struggle.

Proximity to village, ski lifts, parking, hot tubs, ski lockers was exceptional! Had a great view of the mountain sitting on couch drinking coffee watching snow cats!

The bed was a struggle to sleep in, my wife and I both had a hard time getting any good rest in the bed and ended up on the couch. (Wife beat me to it the last night 🌝) The couch, which is comfortable but is very with out and has holes in it. Definitely not a factor of me staying there again, but the bed is. When you come up too that altitude that is already an adjustment, not getting a good night's rest makes it tougher. The rest of the apt was fantastic.

The room was clean. There are no staff on site. Laundry is a public use room so bring quarters.

I enjoyed the modern amenities in my room.

The fitness room and hot tubs were closed. There were two shops in Keystone Village Run open. We had no idea that stores and restaurants were closed in the mud season. Keystone was a ghost town.

Disappointing

Good view

Condo was outdated and needing of repairs/renovation. Bathroom formica coming apart. Bathroom caulking coming out. Bedroom window shade broken. Bathroom vent covered in grime.

Nothing special. Remodeling needed.

Electronic card key didn’t work so we couldn’t enter the apartment. We had to go to hotel for one night cause there is no person 24 available on site to help. Very poor support from booking.com as well! Not planing to use website again, sorry but that what happen when somebody put you in that situation during family trip with kids.

It was the most quaint, ideal, comfortable, and perfectly located stay that I cannot wait to go back!!

The property’s location was UNBEATABLE.

There was no one who you could ask for in case of any challenges with getting your room and such

Out of date, but great location.

Short walk from the condo to the River Run gondola. Three outdoor hot tubs made for relaxing evenings. Spacious lobby was nice for hanging out.

The condo is in desperate need of a remodel. The sofa has holes in the cushions, the bed is not comfortable and the kitchen is the worst. The 1970's style stove is terrible for cooking. It works for heating soup. We were not able to relax in the condo since none of the furniture was comfortable.

Disappointed & extremely challenging process! Very stressful, Never use Vacasa or Bookings.com!

The location was fantastic!

We booked a one room that was listed to accommodate 4 people, knowing there was a pull-out couch. There were no extra blankets and the extra pillows had no pillow cases. Also, the pull-out bed had hair all over it. the complex was almost impossible to find and MUCH better instructions need to be provided. Only 2 rolls of TP for a 5 day stay and no garbage cans or recycle bins in the kitchen. Due to Covid, our properties Hot tub and grill were closed, but all of the other surrounding properties had these amenities open. This was not communicated to us when we booked and extremely disappointed, seeing as this was one of the reasons we choose this spot. We texted back our needs and received no response from Vacasa. The pre-communications and documents needed to be signed were extremely confusing and stressful! I had to make several calls to finally have the info emailed. When we finally found the place, there was very little if any information on how to utilize the complex and amenities, but seeing as they were not available, it didn't really matter once we did figure out where they were and how we could have accessed. I would never use Bookings.com or Vacasa to plan a trip again. The price we paid for the location was not justified considering the stress and disappointments we encountered. It made our vacation much less pleasant than we anticipated.
