It worked well for our family but it would be much nicer if it was freshened up a bit.

The location was good with a short walk to the uncrowded beach. Directions and communication were good as well. There was plenty of room for the four of us and the grandsons loved the foosball table.

The unit should be updated. Some mattresses should be replaced, replace broken blinds, repair shower faucet, repair/replace deck boards that are loose and/or rotting. Replace burned out light bulbs, fix the ping pong table, etc. The property just needs some TLC and a fresh coat of paint.
