View. Hot tub. Amount of cookware. Space.
The downstairs bathroom smelled musty really bad....when we arrived there was rotting garbage in the garage so it REEKED. There were cob webs in the main window looking at the ocean. There was a thick layer of dust in the kitchen on the decor on cabinets. There are no curtains in downstairs bedroom near hot tub so getting dressed was a bit nerve wracking.

this house needs love. thin blankets on the bed (real thin) and only 1 extra blanket, multiple light bulbs out, only 2 beach/hot tub towels provided (4 adults staying), no oven mitts, only one huge chef's knife, and the list goes on. The property itself is nice - just needs some care.

The view was amazing. The house is beautiful.
Had a great difficulty finding and getting into the house. Customer services did not answer our calls for help. It took 4 hours from when we got there to get in the door.
