This beach rental was above and beyond what we expected in a very much needed adult weekend getaway. My husband myself a

Honestly there really wasn’t anything not to like about the property. Only thing that could make it better is maybe a pool or hot tub. It is a very short walk to the beach and shopping. You can actually park and not get back in your vehicle until your ready to end your trip.

There’s isn’t anything me nor the other 3 adults that stayed for 3 nights could find to dislike.

house was modern and very clean but also seemingly recently painted in beach shades, all conveniences supplied, washer ,dryer, microwave , full refrigerator and super location near beach and Times Sq.

backyard and pier could use some sprucing up or upgrading.

The beach house provided all I needed and is very comfortable Also I had spoken with the landlord prior to my arrival and she was very helpful The beach,restaurants, shops,and everyone was friendly and gave top service I love the experience and intend to visit again

3 Days in July.

The kitchen was great. Thank you for having everything stocked. Also, I wasn't expecting laundry soap. That was a nice bonus. The guys really enjoyed the fishing poles. Sure beat renting at the pier.

Almost every one of the blinds are broken. The ones in the bedrooms should be fixed or panels replaced so there is full privacy from the outside. The dead bolt on the door does not latch 100% of the time.

We were very happy w everything!! Perfect location, walking distance to foods and shopping and the beach!! Almost everything u need for the house or beach is there for you to use. We will definately book again!

Very clean, location at the center of everything so we could walk everywhere. House has everything we needed to cookout and make breakfast!

AMAZING LOCATION!

We rented the top and bottom of this unit for the long weekend and I can’t say enough good things! The location is superb! We walked everywhere and really enjoyed hanging out on the back porch looking over the canal! The units were very clean and had everything we needed! We will be back!

Such a beautiful place, minus the odor in the bedroom

The location was great. I loved having a laundry room and the decor was lovely. Kitchen was nicely stocked. The size of the place was perfect for us.

One of the bedrooms had a horrible smell. Also, I am not a bed snob, as I have slept in many a hotel room, but that same bedroom could use a better mattress. Otherwise, the place had a lot going for it.

From the initial contact with the management, all the way through to our departure, the experience was pleasant. We will most certainly come back to stay. Thank you all.

I really can't think of anything. initially I thought that it was a bit to far from the beach (looking at the map) but once we arrived, and stayed, it was perfect. The water and pier off the back was a great way to start the day and they also provided a wagon and beach chairs for the beach. Thank you very much for caring enough to make your space inviting, welcoming and comfortable, all the best, Tom

Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Just off of a very busy road that you can’t even tell once your at the condo. Great entertainment, family friendly and safe.

Condo could use a cleaning behind dressers, cabinets, etc. surface cleaning was good.

The house was very comfortable and clean. Great location, close to Times Square and the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

The only bad thing was that the people staying in the lower half of the house were very noisy which isn’t the hosts fault. Slamming of the door late at night shook the house and sound carried upstairs.
