Wonderful house and convenient to the beach.

Convenience to the beach. Very clean . We absolutely loved it. It was the cheapest I found anywhere to that kind of property . I would definitely recommend it.

Could be updated a little but still very nice. The next door neighbors parked in front of our garage . I actually hit a tree getting out , due them being in the way.

I would never ever stay here again.

Location.

The host. I believe the property was entered into without notice to us as “required” under the lease agreement that the owner requires you to “agree” to. The owner states that she will charge you $500 for a missing remote control. That’s unconscionable. No toiletries provided. 24/7 monitoring by the owners. It felt as if we were being watched the entire time.

Amazing location, large space!

We loved the house, especially the location! We watched the sunrise over the water from our balcony and then the sunset over the ocean from the beach just 2min walking away. The kitchen was great to have. We also loved that some beach toys and chairs and an umbrella were present for us to use! The house was so roomy and beautiful views from every room! I loved to have a washing machine and dryer right there! Very useful with little kids ;-) I just wish there would have been some laundry detergent or I would have remembered to bring some. We also loved the master bathroom with big tub and walk in shower! Made showering everyone off after the beach much easier. A large supply of towels was also great and definitely useful for us!

Some appliances and furniture were dated/top oven was missing the front glass and left a sharp screw accessible to my toddler. However, everything was functional and good to use for us! We would definitely recommend it and stay there again!

Passable

Landlord texted at 10pm the second night to say we were being too loud as she lived next door and stated the neighbours complained but there was nobody outside on their balconies. We were not playing music on the patio just having a conversation (4-5 people). AirTag placed on our rental in the garage which could only be accessed by individuals who knew the code to get in. Police report filed and police stated this landlord has been charged multiple times and there is a history of issues.

convenient to beach and restaurants . nice and roomy.

needed some maintenance. Top stove door cover missing. ceiling had some leak damage. furniture was dated and scratched up.

This was a lovely place to stay. The view of the water and location was the best!

The Host was answering our questions quickly and immediately solved how to fix the TV. Within minutes she sent someone to help.

Having a small table to eat at in the kitchen would have been nice.

We really enjoyed our stay, but there were a few maintenance things that need attention.

I liked being on the channel and waking up to a view of the water every day. It was nice to eat out on the deck. I liked seeing all the birds, dolphins, and boats.

The property was in need of some repair. There were no towel bars in the bathroom. The interior refrigerator doors were broken. Also, we had to remove lint from the dryer vent in order to get it to work.

The location is great, don't let the Owner's attitude discourage you from renting if it's cleaned up

The location is beautiful. It was perfect for seeing dolphins from the balcony and just a short walk to the beach. You cannot get a better location. It also had a 2 car garage which was very convenient.

I feel like this Owner would benefit from a property manager to help her. She may not have meant to be rude, but she came off as such a few times. She even called at 4:30pm (when I stated my arrival time to be between 4pm-5pm) to ask if I wanted to cancel. There were many minor issues with the house that others complained about that still have not been addressed - missing smoke alarms, small roaches in kitchen, dirty floors, curtains not blocking sunlight, scuffed furniture, master bathroom shower not draining properly, grill in dirty condition, broken bathroom faucet handle etc. I messaged her to let her know, but she just ignored it. I just think our stay could have been better if she used the cleaning fee to address these things.

We had a wonderful time, Dan and I were married on the beach with our witnesses during our stay.

Location…perfect! Beautiful Townhouse, very spacious ..,Laura very accommodating and quick to resolve any issues,

No handle for sink cold water hall bathroom, slow drain in master bath, personally like firmer mattress😊

Pleasant

Close to the ocean , Dolphins in the bay every day and at the dock at night ! Tons of beach stuff, a lot of towels and xtra clean !

Cable was not working. Spectrum had to come out the last day we were there. Also had a bug problem.

Good but strict

Very clean and close to the beach. Views were nice. Big space. Kitchen is good equipped. Outside area in front of the lake was nice.

Very strict with times and maintenence. Didnt feel comfortable with the owners always at the property checking what we were doing. The stairs are very steep and not good for older people. 10 PM quiet time is strictly enforced, not even talking in the balcony allowed. The beds were sturdy and noisy. Very hard to park big cars. Overall the worst thing is feeling constantly observed by workers/owner. The pool table is unusable.

Beautiful property but needs a little upkeep

Gorgeous area, spacious. Has three good sized bedrooms with three full baths. Great restaurant next door. Owner was nice and checkin was easy.

Infested with cockroaches. We saw approximately 20 while we were there (3 nights) and we kept all food picked up and away in the fridge. It needs to be sprayed. Master shower drain is plugged. Not many extras like dish soap etc.

Location is good.

Master bath shower didn’t drain. 2nd bathroom shower hard to turn water. Property manager or owner was rude to our grown daughter as she arrived before us and wasn’t trying to check in just meet us there to get our bearings for a restaurant locale. Curtains didn’t fit the windows and not enough curtains to block out the sun. Pool table in extremely poor shape as is the grill. Not enough dishes. Stove light stayed on even tho we never used the stove. Floors not really clean. Master bath shower not clean and had a roach. Overall not the greatest place.

Very good

Location! Access to bay and beach! Loved the views from all windows in the home! Also, the restaurants close by (SeaBreeze) are excellent, with patio dining.

Minor repairs to shower drains, dryer, ice maker...but really, no serious complaints!

Laura is a bear to deal with she texted me to get remaining payment the first day which I understand and I didn't have my phone right next to me she walked right in to get payment lol ad there are some things that need attention pool table is shot ball doesn't even bounce off side rails appliances could use some attention but it is a nice place all in all we enjoyed ourselves
