The distance of the swimming pool,the beach and the supermarket

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is located within a gated resort area, which gives a sense of safety and privacy. There is a swimming pool, café, bars, and a playground on-site — perfect for families with children.
The private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas is just great — clean, warm sea and a very relaxing atmosphere.
The location is excellent: a supermarket with everything you need is just around the corner, and there’s a nearby bus stop with easy connections to Pisa.
The kitchen was well equipped, everything was great overall, but a kettle in the kitchen would have been helpful. Also, a few more power sockets for charging gadgets would be appreciated.

Nice Beach incl. umbrella and loungers. Good Infrastructure (several restaurants very close to, small pool, close to all cities in Tuscany and around - Pisa / Livorno very close, Florence, Siena, Lucca, Cinque Terre approx. 1 hour far).
Shower was bad. Not enough space for clothes. Opening time of the reception very short. Separate organization of Continental Hotel and Continental Resort (but nice support by the Hotel team, even they are not responsible - thanks a lot again). A renovation would be great.
