The best feature of this hotel is its location, in the middle of the Hopi reservation, thereby giving one a feel for the area and the people who live there. It is small and quiet--not a lot of bustling around going on. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. When my guide did not show up as planned, the staff helped me find another guide, who gave me a wonderful walking tour of Walpi Village.
With the words "Cultural Center" in its name, I was expecting significant displays and information about the Hopis. Unfortunately, the facility has very little information like that available.

The Hopi culture is celebrated.
The room we were in had bedbugs. This was our third stay and there was no problem the first two stays.
