We love the property both inside and outside. It is so peaceful and there is plenty of room for us all to spread out. We spent a lot of time exploring the rivers, soaking in the Hot tub, and just basically enjoying the serenity.
The only real feed back is the water tasted and smelled terrible. Maybe well water I don't know. Also it is very difficult for a family of 8 to stay in a place for four days with only two mid sized Garbage cans available. We ended up with a few bags in the kitchen because there was no room and we didn't want to put them outside because of animals.

The view and the spaciousness of the property and house are excellent. It is in a private location with a river on 3 sides of the property, that is accessible and swimming friendly. It is perfect for a large family that wants to get away from it all and enjoy the beauty of nature. We loved it last year so we came back so the Grandbabies could stay in their "Tree House"!
The cleanliness of the house and property was not up to standard. The lady was still cleaning when we arrived to check in. We had to wait outside for 20 minutes after Check in time so she could finish. One lady to clean a house that has 5 levels if you count the loft and the laundry/shower room and multiple decks is ridiculous. There were visible dust bunnies under the furniture and in corners. The outside around the house had garbage and beer bottles. The bed in the King Suite needs to have the mattress replaced. The timer on the dryer didn't work last year and it still doesn't. And we could not locate the Garbage cans or the Bear Box.

The location and the sheer size of this property is absolutely stunning. This place had everything that we could have wanted! There was 9 of us and counting day stops up to 11 ranging in ages from toddlers to persons in their 70s. We all had the space we needed. There is everything from Game Room, Reading nook, Hot Tub, Garden Tub, Swimming hole, Fire Pit, and Fire Places. I would love to stay here again!
The property is a little dated, and needs a little TLC. Some of the light fixtures didn't work, the Master Bed needs a new mattress, and the Dishwasher was dirty.

Once I got to go in after a whole night waiting for a code to get in I loved it. The house is big and comfortable to be with the family. I love that it has family games. I love the everyroom looks different. The view from the master room is amazing and the the jacuzzi 😍😍 now that I know I should ask for code maybe a day ahead I would definitely go back.
I would of love to get an answer on whatever questions I had right away. I really had a bad experience at getting replies from the property right away, I booked for the 27th to the 29th but couldn't get in the house until the 28th in the morning because I never got the code to get in.(I called and texted) I also had mentioned my arrival time which it was at 10pm it would've been nice if I received a text with the code or how to get in the house, right when i requested. I had to sleep in the car with my family until I got the reply from management or whomever was in charge which was the next day around 5am. maybe next time send an immediate text after reserving with instructions and code to get in. I only got to spend 1 night out of the 2 that I paid for.
