All the staff were so friendly and accommodating, nothing seemed to be an issue for any of them.
Room was very spacious and clean, and the bed was so comfortable.
Breakfast was more than I expected and very delicious.
The complimentary shuttle to/from the airport and Graceland was greatly appreciated.

We chose this hotel for it's location as our sole purpose to be in Memphis was to visit Graceland. The room was large, a good breakfast, there was a small pool and easy parking. They run a complimentary bus to Graceland, just check with reception and they will sort it out. Staff all very pleasant and helpful especially the breakfast room staff.
The nearby restaurants are all the usual chain ones, we walked to a local bar Hernando's Hideaway and when we left they were worried about us walking back to hotel despite it only being less than a mile so not sure how safe they considered the local area. My only other issue is that Holiday Inn seem to take an age to release the credit card holding charge

Great location, clean hotel and the breakfast was lovely
The pool was poorly maintained, loungers and parasols damaged. Pool was murky and the area around the pool was dirty which was a shame.

Staff friendly and helpful
Shower curtain torn in multiple spots. Shower is slippery. Most lamps heavily scratched which takes detracts from the experience that One hopes for in a Holiday inn. Those things take away from awesome service and the bed was great. Loved the floors but the great things are over showered by the shower etc. Write off the lamps and get a tax deduction fix broken things and get great lamps to match the rest. I wasn’t going to write a survey but you asked me too
