Large and private. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautiful setting.
Hard to find. Directions should have been more specific. There are roaches and small bugs in the kitchen. It needs treatment desperately. Cleaning wasn’t very good. Hair still on bathroom floors. Rugs and carpet appeared to have been swept a little but not vacuumed. There are way too many steps for seniors.

Location is excellent - no more than 10 minutes away from everything!
There were a lot of stairs in the house, more than anticipated. Fine for us, but I could see how that would be a turn off for some.

The house it’s self and the surrounding
The cleaning and pool being only by holiday in it was not in service in July

Location was great close to town
The house was infested with roaches and big black ants will not rent again customer service through the company that runs the house did nothing about the problem the floor downstairs was coming apart the door jam was broken for the stairs going downstairs
