Location and Pool.
Room service was delayed, over paid for late service.

Best location.. right on the beach with a walking( sidewalk) that is right in front of hotel. Love the open air bar with lots of outdoor sitting. Restaurant is good too. Staff is nice nice and helpful. Dogs are welcome so I’ve met some nice owners and dogs. Walking distance to fair grounds.
It is noisy due to train and 101 freeway. The air conditioner was also noisy and left the balcony wet all over. I reported it to staff. The elevator got stuck on the ride to our room. I reported it to staff.

Great location.
Poorly maintained , ice machine only on odd number floors , curtains had holes in them ,carpet was soiled ,AC was leaking water on the balcony which is a safety hazard and open to possible liable.
